GENERAL TERMS OF SALES FOR RESELLERS
1 - Purpose
The general terms of sale below set out the rights and obligations of DSME and its customers concerning the sale of the following goods: fly tying tools, Hookbobbin bobbin holder.
Any service provided by DSME implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these general terms of sale.
2 - Presentation of the products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on our website www.HookBobbin.com. Products may differ from the photographs, which are not contractually binding. DSME may not be held liable for any accidental errors in the site. All rights (copyright and intellectual property rights) are reserved concerning the texts and images on the DSME website: their reproduction, even partial, without permission is strictly prohibited.
3 - Availability of goods
If an order is placed for an item that has become unavailable in the meantime, the customer will be informed by e-mail or letter as quickly as possible.
4 – Prices of the product
Prices quoted on the Dealer access page on our website are in Euros, exclusive of VAT. Shipping charges depend on weight and geographical place of Delivery.
DSME reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but goods ordered will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of recording the order.
No discounts will be granted for early payment.
5 - Orders
Orders will be placed by the customer by sending an e-mail to DSME at this address: email@example.com. The placing of an order implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these general terms of sale.
DSME will confirm the order by electronic mail once the purchaser's payment is received (by Paypal or bank transfer as described below), and its e-mail will recap all the details of the order.
The data recorded by DSME will constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Such data will be kept by DSME under the conditions and for the length of time allowed by law: the customer may check what data is held by contacting the Customer Relations department.
6 - Terms of payment
Payments will be made in accordance with the table on the Dealer access page, namely:

As soon as your payment is received, you will be sent an invoice and your parcel will be shipped within 4 hours.
7- Delivery times
For deliveries to European countries, deliveries usually take 3 - 6 working days. For the United States, Australia, China, Singapore, South Korea and Japan, deliveries usually take 6 - 10 working days.
All goods are shipped using the French post office "Colissimo" service and must be signed for by the recipient. Loss and damage insurance is included.

Method of Payment
Paypal or credit card
When returning merchandise return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A discount may be applied as appropriate for misuse.
In the case of a non-European Union shipment ( 28 countries in EU ), the fees
( vat/sales taxes ) may be charged receipt of goods .These taxes depend on the country of receipt.
