The CDC Folder is a very useful tool for fly tiers for folding CDC feathers and for blending feathers and synthetic fibers. It can be used for a single CDC feather fold, two feather folds, or a CDC feather and synthetic fibers fold. The pliers are not included with the CDC Folder.
